Our Classes
Every session is on the Cadillac, capped at four members, and taught with hands-on cueing. Book a free 30-minute intro to find your class.
What We Offer
Every class runs on the Cadillac.
Choose the format that fits where you are in your practice.
-
For clients new to the Cadillac, new to the Pilates method, or wanting to refine their practice.
This is where you learn the apparatus, the cueing language, and the principles before anything else. Sessions are slower by design. There is more explanation, more cueing, more time to understand what your body is actually doing and why. Base Level is not an "easy" class, it's a class to build (and maintain) your foundation.
Recommended for all new clients before moving into Form or Arch Level.
-
Véra's signature session. This is the class most members attend weekly. Now that you know the apparatus, we'll refine the repertoire and deepen your mind-body connection. The focus is always on precision, and a few hanging elements will be added throughout. Four clients maximum, hands-on cueing with consent, and an instructor who already knows your history.
Prerequisite: At least four Base Level classes or instructor approval. -
The most advanced work on the Cadillac. Instructor approval required.
The hanging series. The trapeze. Inversions, suspension work, and overhead exercises that can't be done on any other apparatus. Arch Level is where we get to use the Cadillac to its full capacity. This is not offered in a group class anywhere else in the area.
Prerequisite: Consistent Form Level attendance and instructor sign-off. -
One-on-one time with a certified instructor, fully tailored to your body and your goals. Each private session moves across all four pieces of Cadillac equipment — the Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Reformer — so your workout can be built around exactly what you need that day, whether that's building strength, improving mobility, or working through an injury with expert guidance. It's the most personalized way to experience Pilates at Véra.
